NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov may not have been defending his title, but he brought the same fire as he defeated his old rival Dijak in a heated matchup.

The Mad Dragon was dealing with a nose injury suffered at Vengeance Day, and Dijak took full advantage by striking the champion’s face numerous times.

Dijak was in control as Joe Gacy appeared from underneath the ring and struck him with a boxing glove. Despite the injury, Dragunov persevered and proved that he truly is unbesiegbar as he delivered an H-Bomb to a downed Dijak to secure his victory.
