Tommaso Ciampa Takes A Loss After WWE SmackDown Went Off The Air This Week

WWE is changing a lot of things throughout the company. Now, Triple H is in control of creative, and that means his favorites are going to get some special treatment.

After WWE SmackDown went off the air this week, Ciampa and Bobby Lashley had a dark match. Despite Triple H seemingly pushing Ciampa to the moon, he still lost the match, but he was able to keep his heat.

Ciampa lost to Lashley after taking a spear, but he was able to escape from the Hurt Lock a couple of times. It appears that he is still being booked strong despite this loss.

Triple H taking control of the company’s creative direction is a big deal, and the evidence of that is showing every week. It appears that Tommaso Ciampa’s push isn’t over, and nobody should expect for him to get booked like a jobber.

Prior to this recent push for Ciampa, he was placed with The Miz. We’ll have to see what is in his future, because Triple H taking control is obvious a game changer, no pun intended.
