Teddy Hart is currently incarcerated in Fort Worth, Texas at the Tarrant County Corrections Center.
Per the jail records, he was arrested on Wednesday, February 10 by the Arlington Police Department on one charge of Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle, and one charge of Injury to a Child, Elderly Individual, or Disabled Individual.
The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hart that same day on one charge of Possession of a Penalty Group 1 Controlled Substance, which typically involves cocaine, or heroin, or methamphetamine, or prescription narcotics. The records doesn’t list which substance Hart was charged for.
Last October, he was arrested in Fort Worth on the same charges, which are related to a previous arrest in 2016. He initially did time for Evading Arrest charge and the Injury to a Child, Elderly Individual, or Disabled Individual charge. Thus, it’s possible the reason he’s in jail right now is due to him violating his parole or probation.
He had charges filed against him in 2014 for sexual assault only for them to be dropped in 2016. In 2017, he was charged with DUI, evading arrest, and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
