Humberto Carrillo took to his official Instagram account to show off his impressive new physique.
He shared a photo of himself working out in the gym and captioned the post by writing, “Growing this avatar while I’m here..”
It’s been well documented that he hasn’t been pushed by WWE on Monday Night Raw in months. His last notable match came on the Survivor Series pre-show where he competed in the dual-brand battle royal.
Since that time, he’s been booked on WWE Main Event. His last match came on the TV series in late February where he and Akira Tozawa lost a tag team match to Elias and Jaxson Ryker.
Despite not being used in a more significant role, Carrillo has been putting in the work in the gym.
Last summer, it was reported there were plans to use the United States Championship to elevate Cedric Alexander, Humberto Carrillo, and Ricochet into high card faces. However, those plans were dropped. The likes of Carrillo, Ricochet, and Andrade were pushed on TV when Paul Heyman was still in Raw Executive Director role, but when he left that position, those stars stopped being pushed.
