When was the last time the Chiefs won the Super Bowl?

In that playoff run, Kansas City defeated the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round and the Tennessee Titans in the Conference Championship Game to clinch their spot in Super Bowl 54, where they faced off against the San Francisco 49ers.

Kansas City overcame a 20-10 deficit late in the third quarter to defeat the 49ers 31-20.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes was named Super Bowl MVP after completing 26-of-42 pass attempts for 286 yards and two touchdowns, while throwing two interceptions. Mahomes also ran for 29 yards and one touchdown on nine carries.
