Internazionali BNL d’Italia—Rome, Italy

In a late night finish due to rain throughout the day, No. 7 seed Elena Rybakina won the BNL d’Italia title in Rome, Italy after No. 30 seed Anhelina Kalinina was forced to retire down 6-4, 1-0.

Kalinina, who was playing in her biggest career final, defeated Madison Keys, Sofia Kenin and Veronika Kudermetova earlier in the event.

On the men’s side, No. 3 seed Daniil Medvedev continued his stellar streak on the ATP Tour on Saturday, defeating No. 5 seed Stefanos Tsitsipas 7-5, 7-5 to reach his sixth final of the season.
