Bears Twitter fully convinced Russell Wilson trade goes down on Thursday

Chicago Bears fans everywhere are losing their minds and firmly believe the team will trade for Russell Wilson on Thursday.

All it took was for NFL insider Josina Anderson to tweet, ‘Welp…’ on Wednesday night and NFL fans have gone absolutely bonkers in speculation. As you might imagine, Chicago Bears supporters themselves have lost it, as the fanbase collectively thinks some monster Russell Wilson news is about to drop.

Wilson and the Seahawks have had a terrible offseason, with drama and tension surrounding the two sides over the last month. Now, could we potentially see the Super Bowl-winning quarterback make a move from the Northwest to Chicago?

Bears fans are convinced the team is about to land Russell Wilson in a blockbuster trade

With each day that passes, it really feels more and more likely that we could see a Wilson trade go down. He continues to post cryptic messages on social media and hasn’t come out and sent his usual pro-Seahawks stuff to social media for fans to enjoy.

Meanwhile for the Bears, their quarterback situation is in limbo. The team could bring back Mitchell Trubisky, but it goes without saying, that’s the last thing the Chicago die-hards want to see happen. If they ended up trading for Wilson, the team’s Super Bowl odds would no question skyrocket.

In order for a trade to happen, the Seahawks and general manager John Schneider are going to want quite the haul in return, with at least two first-round picks as part of the package. When Wilson is playing his best football, no one can argue he’s among the best signal-callers in the game. Chicago would love to land him, obviously. Now, we must all play the waiting game to find out if something actually goes down.
