Devonta Freeman and T.Y. Hilton are among the top fantasy football pickups to make ahead of Week 7 action.

Week 7 will be a bear of a week for fantasy football owners. Six different teams are on bye, including heavy hitters like the Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Chargers, leaving plenty of holes in lineups that need to be filled.

As we do every week in this space, let’s take a look at the top five fantasy football pickups that can help you pick up a win in Week 7. All rostered percentages referenced in this slideshow are provided courtesy of Yahoo fantasy leagues.

5. Top fantasy football pickups for Week 7 – Baltimore Ravens RB Devonta Freeman

Filling in for Austin Ekeler, Dalvin Cook or Ezekiel Elliott won’t be easy but the Baltimore Ravens are here to help. The Ravens’ backfield has devolved into a full-scale committee, which is bad for season-long investments in Baltimore running backs but good if you’re looking for a one-week fill-in.

Devonta Freeman had his most active involvement yet in the offensive game plan, recording 9 carries for 53 yards and a touchdown while being targeted twice in the passing game. Latavius Murray (9 carries for 44 yards and a touchdown as well as 2 catches for 12 yards) and Le’Veon Bell (8 carries for 18 yards and a score) were also heavily involved but Freeman showed the most juice of any Baltimore running back on the day.

Rostered in just 2 percent of Yahoo leagues, Freeman could be a worthwhile bye-week filler as the Ravens will look to establish the run in a huge showdown with the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7. Murray and Bell are also valuable pickups in a week with six teams on bye but Freeman probably has the best upside of this trio.
