Northern Ireland vs Kosovo Match Analysis and Prediction – Sports Betting Tricks

Northern Ireland will be looking for their first win the UEFA Nations League this term when they welcome Kosovo to Windsor Park for their round five tie in Group C2 on Saturday night.

Northern Ireland recorded a 1-1 draw against Cyprus in their previous Nations League fixture. The draw extended their winless start to Group C2 to four matches now, while they have now failed to win any of their last five matches across all competitions, picking up two draws and three defeats in the run.

The two draws were recorded in the Nations League and a result they sit third in the group, level on two points with Cyprus, who sit at the bottom of the table, and four points behind Kosovo in second. Therefore, Northern Ireland stand at risk of being relegated to League D next season, that’s why they will desperate for a win on Saturday.

They need to get their affairs in order to claim something out of the clash. They have only won one fixture at Windsor Park in three years and thus they have much to do.

Kosovo meanwhile, have made an impressive campaign in the Nations League this season, as they have managed to claim six points from their four Group C2 matches and they currently sit second in the group but six points behind leaders Greece.

With two matches remaining to go a win on Saturday will see them retain their status in League C for next season. They suffered a 2-0 defeat to in Greece last time out and they will be looking to bounce back on Saturday. They will look to draw confidence from their 3-2 win over Northern Ireland in the reverse fixture.
